Coach Logan – Pitching Instructor

Logan Jones is a former Division I pitcher who competed at Samford University, Jacksonville University, and the University of Toledo, where he was named MAC Pitcher of the Week and helped Samford capture the 2021 SOCON Conference Championship.

Currently a professional pitcher with the Mahoning Valley Scrappers in the MLB Draft League, Logan brings years of experience at the college and pro level. He has shared the field with and competed against some of today’s biggest names in baseball, including Jordan Walker (St. Louis Cardinals), Alex Freeland (Los Angeles Dodgers), Graham Pauley (Miami Marlins), and Paul Skenes (Pittsburgh Pirates).

Logan has pitched in every role; starter, reliever, and closer and specializes in teaching mechanics that maximize velocity, sharpen command, and reduce injury risk. His coaching goes beyond throwing strikes; he helps players develop confidence, master their off-speed pitches, and understand the strategy of pitching at the highest levels.
