At Dingers Training Center, we understand schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise.

To ensure we can accommodate all our valued clients, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Notice: 

Clients must notify us of cancellations or appointment changes at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will forfeit the scheduled lesson.  No shows will forfeit the scheduled lesson.

This fee compensates your instructor for the time that was set aside specifically for you.

5. Exceptions: 

We recognize emergencies and special circumstances can occur. Exceptions to our policy are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Dingers Training Center management.

7. Refunds: 

Fees are non-refundable except in the case of Dingers Training Center -initiated cancellations (or qualifying exceptions as determined by management).

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. This policy allows us to manage our schedule and provide the best service to all clients.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

Membership is offered on a month-to-month basis; no long-term contract is required. 

Members must complete the three forms in the membership packet, including the credit card authorization form. The membership fee will be charged to the card on file on or around the first day of the month. 

Members may pause or cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to Dingers Training Center at least three days prior to the beginning of the new month. Members who cancel mid-month will not receive a refund for the remaining days in the month.

For members joining mid-month, a prorated fee of $3.30 per day for the remaining days in the month will be applied for the first month. The regular membership fee will be applied beginning with the first full month of membership. 

While membership grants unlimited visits to the facility during each month, it does not guarantee the availability of preferred cages or times.
