Deaudra Dix is passionate about helping his clients achieve their athletic goals using proven techniques developed throughout his career.
As a student at Merritt Island High School in Merritt Island, Florida, Dix lettered in football, track and field, and basketball, and was instrumental in the success of all of these teams.
As a three-year football letterman, Dix received a full scholarship from Johnson C. Smith University, and, while maintaining a high GPA, Dix became one of the top players in the school’s 120-year history. In 2008, Dix was named to the Division II First-team All-American.
Dix’s accomplishments at JCSU include Division II All-America in 2007, First-Team All-CIAA at cornerback and kick returner in 2006 and ’07, and was named the league’s Special Teams Player of the Year in his senior year.
Dix was signed as a street free agent by the Canadian Football League’s Montreal Alouettes in 2009 where he earned two Grey Cups in consecutive years (2009, 2010). He then joined the Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League for the 2013 season. In 2015, Dix was recruited by the Los Angeles arena football team.
In 2021, Dix designed and launched a high-tech Speed Training Program. This program is best described as providing proper sport, fitness, and high-tech training focusing on strength, speed, conditioning, agility, balance, coordination, resistance-resistance training, running mechanics, vertical leap, and sport-specific drills.
Dix has worked with high-profile clients from the NFL, CFL, and XFL, as well as college and high school.
